Backups
Automatic backup: if iCloud backup is on (Settings › Backups & export), JLift saves a copy to iCloud Drive › JLift on each day you train. You can see and restore them in Settings › Backups & export › Saved backups.
To export your data: Settings › Backups & export › Export full backup. You can also export your sets as CSV to open them in Numbers, Excel or Google Sheets.
To restore it: Settings › Backups & export › Restore backup. The app shows how many workouts, routines and weight entries the file contains, and you choose whether to merge it with your data or replace everything. It automatically saves a copy of what you have first.
Deleting your data
Settings › Privacy › Delete all my data. This removes the data on your iPhone and the automatic iCloud backups. It cannot be undone unless you have an exported backup.
